At Designer Abaya By Bashariya, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your abaya doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery, provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item back in its original packaging, ensuring the garment is folded neatly and includes all original tags, invoices, and promotional inserts.

  Ship the Package

  Send the package to our designated returns warehouse using a trackable courier service and share the tracking details with our support team for monitoring.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned item, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
